DO YOU WANT THE CONTINUATION OF FAILURE? A question to ospolites
Osun State Polytechnic Iree is a great
citadel of learning with numerous achievements in Southwestern Nigeria and
beyond and is presently the fourth best Polytechnic in Nigeria and the fifth
Polytechnic with the fastest program. These achievements have been made possible
as a result of the joint work of the school management and the student union as
well and the students as well. The students union government is the bridge
between the management and the students who are expected to make life on campus
easy for students but unfortunately after series of unfulfilled promises the SUG
has gone from making life easy for students to making life miserable for them.
*Recall that the present SUG president made series of promises to ospolites and
one of the notable one is the eradication of tax clearance.* Upon winning the
election, medical fees hiked to 5000 and students had no choice than to pay,
then the SUG created an illusion of reducing the price to 2500 making it look as
if they helped the students, but remember, the medical fees was 1000 naira

tell me WHAT HAPPENED THERE?.*
The second promise was eradication of tax
clearance, yet again the SUG president created a hoax that the tax clearance has
been eradicated, two weeks after the school management released a memo that tax
clearance is compulsory and further stated that those who have submitted their
files should go back and include the tax clearance and the SUG could not do
anything about it
*WHAT HAPPENED THERE?*
The last straw that broke the camel's
back is the addition of 10,000 naira to the school fees of Students writing
exam(ND2) and the disapproval of students into the exam hall by invigilators.
Yet the SUG presidents did nothing about it.
Now my question to everyone reading
this is
DO YOU WANT THE CONTINUATION OF FAILURE?.
I was highly flabbergasted with this present student union Government Regime because they made series of promise and they couldn't fulfill it.
ReplyDeleteWe are complaining about bad Government in Nigeria and that Nigeria is in state of imbrogilo ( confused and confiscated situation) but the problem we are facing in Nigeria stated from the grassroot level and it can only be eradicated from the grassroot level because the youth of today are the leader of tomorrow and whatever they are adapted to now is what they will put in whenever they are in governmental position. This act of failing of promises whenever they are voted into power should be eradicated so as to make this country a better place to be
